The Pharmaceutical mafia

As someone who worked in the pharmaceutical and petro - chemical industry for 35 years I think I can speak with some knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes. Drug companies and other multi million pound industries have one goal in mind and that is to make money. They must satisfy the shareholders.

Shares in the US drug makers Entremed leapt from $12 to $858 in 1998 when it was announced that they had cured cancer in mice. Of course the expected 'miracle cure' never materialised.

The pharmaceutical mafia were clapping there hands when it was announced that herbal supplements would have to be tested (on animals) before they could be sold. In Canada  this is becoming a reality to the detriment of millions of people over there with the regulation of vitamin C.

Drug trials are 'fixed' by any manner that is necessary, this means that an animal can be used to prove that the drug works on that animal even though  it may not work on anther species.

They then can be used in court to show that test have been carried out therefore avoiding prosecution.
